If you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process the data you provide, especially name, email address, category and message, to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual or contractual communication is involved, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not stored on the website, but processed by email in order to reply to your enquiry.
Cookies, Tracking and External Services
The new website is implemented without tracking, analytics cookies or external font and script services. No Google Fonts, social media plugins or audience measurement tools are embedded. If external services are added later, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
Storage Period
Contact enquiries are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Server log files are retained only as long as necessary for operation, security and error analysis.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
